AMEREX GROUP ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF MAMBOSOK

January 14th, 2005 New York, NY - Amerex Group Inc. today announced the launch of a new menswear brand called Mambosok. Aimed at a mid 20s - mid 30s year old consumer looking for sophisticated "street couture", the new line will debut Fall 2005 and include a full selection of dress shirts, jeans, blazers, tee shirts, sweaters and outerwear.

"Mambosok will fill a void in the marketplace between premium and urban", said Jerry Villano, President of Mambosok. "It features updated silhouettes and innovative fabrications and is designed for a guy who has his own look and style, but has an eye for the newest trends".

Combining premium denim with tailored sportswear pieces, Mambosok's 122-piece debut line has all the elements of style: from an authentic field coat to a traditional Japanese satin jacket, from sandblasted five-pocket jeans to a hand stitched cotton blazer with contrast satin lining and chenille embroidery.

Mambosok's Director of Design, Sho Amemiya, brings more that 20 years of apparel industry experience, including senior design positions at World Corporation in Japan, authentic denim line called Favorite Jokes and hip hop conglomerate Marc Ecko. An avid vintage denim collector, Sho set out to bring a touch of authenticity to the new line by combining genuine details and weathered trims such as grommets and washable leather insets with unique fabrications such as baby french terry and grained bamboo cotton, even embroidering a special hidden message on each piece "Tanoshinde" which in Japanese means "Enjoy".

Price points start at $28-$58 for t-shirts and $72-$130 for jeans and reach $250 for outerwear. Mambosok will be available starting this August at department stores and specialty boutiques nationwide.
